Affiliate Policy

Welcome to the Digital Overall Affiliate Partner Program. By joining and participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before promoting our services.

1. Eligibility

  • Anyone above 18 years old can join the Affiliate Partner Program.
  • Only one affiliate account is allowed per user.
  • Valid email and phone number are required for verification.

2. Affiliate Dashboard

  • After successful registration, affiliates can access the dashboard to track clicks, orders, commissions, withdrawal status, and reports.
  • Login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
  • If any monetary loss occurs due to sharing credentials with others, Digital Overall holds no responsibility.

3. Referral & Commission Rules

  • Commission is calculated only on successful confirmed sales/orders.
  • Self-referral (buying from own link) is not allowed.
  • Commission percentage and structure may vary by product/service category.
  • Commissions are automatically added to the affiliate wallet after order confirmation.

4. Withdrawal Policy

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹1000 (or equivalent for international users).
  • Payout methods: Bank Transfer / UPI / Wallet / PayPal.
  • Withdrawal processing time: 3–7 working days after approval.
  • Incorrect payment details may delay payment.

5. Cookie Tracking & Validity

  • Cookie duration: 30 days.
  • If a customer purchases within 30 days using the affiliate link, commission will be counted.

6. Promotion Rules

Allowed:

  • Social media.
  • Websites or blogs.
  • WhatsApp / Telegram / Email marketing.
  • YouTube and digital content.

Not Allowed:

  • Spam links or misleading advertisements.
  • Fake claims or discounts not officially provided.
  • Copyright-violating content.

Violation of rules may result in commission cancellation or account suspension.

7. Fraud Policy

The following activities are considered fraud:

  • Fake leads or fake orders.
  • Multiple self-purchases.
  • Using multiple accounts.
  • Promotional abuse or spam.
  • Chargeback or refund manipulation.

Digital Overall reserves full rights to decline commissions or terminate accounts in case of fraudulent activity.

8. Account Termination

Affiliate accounts may be terminated if:

  • Terms & Conditions are violated.
  • Misleading or abusive marketing occurs.
  • Inactive for more than 6 months.

All unpaid commissions after termination will be forfeited.

9. Support & Communication

  • Email / WhatsApp / Telegram support is available.
  • Official support timing will apply.
  • Response time may vary depending on workload.

10. Program Modification Authority

Digital Overall reserves full rights to make changes to:

  • Commission structure.
  • Payout rules.
  • Terms & Conditions.
  • Program features.

Updates may occur anytime without prior notice.

11. Acceptance

By joining or continuing in the Digital Overall Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Affiliate Policy / Terms & Conditions.

Following the Constitution of India and international legal frameworks, while fully complying with Indian and global laws and Acts, Digital Overall is never held liable for any misuse or wrongful activity carried out by users, affiliates, or third parties. Each account holder is responsible for their own actions and promotions. Digital Overall is a global digital platform offering various services and earning opportunities for users on demand.
