This Cancel & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and replacements work for these services.
General Refund Policy :
Refunds are not provided for any service except Hosting Solutions under specific conditions.
Once a service has started, it becomes fully non-refundable.
Subscription Services :
All subscription-based services are non-refundable.
Customers must cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Web Development :
Payments for Web Development are non-refundable once the project has started.
Hosting Solution Refund Policy :
Refunds for Hosting may be requested within 7 days of activation only.
After 7 days, Hosting becomes non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–90 business days.
Note: SSL, domains, and hosting add-ons are non-refundable.
Digital Marketing Services :
Digital Marketing services are non-refundable due to resource usage, planning, and third-party costs.
Digital Products Refund & Replacement Warranty :
Digital Products (Themes, Templates, Tools, Software, Apps, etc.) are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.
Replacement warranty applies only to eligible items:
Themes & Templates: 7-day replacement warranty
Plugins & Tools: 48-hour replacement warranty
Software & Apps: Up to 7-day service warranty (selected items only)
Valid purchase details and issue proof must be provided within the warranty period to claim replacement.
