Digital Overall provides services including Web Development, Hosting Solution, Domain Registration, Branding Strategy, Software Solutions, Digital Marketing, SEO Services, and Digital Products.

This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and replacement warranties for all services offered by Digital Overall.


General Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for any of our services except for Web Hosting under specific conditions.
Once a service has started, it is considered non-refundable.


Subscription Services

All subscription-based services are non-refundable.
Customers must request cancellation before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.


Web Development & App Development

Payments made for Web Development and App Development services are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
These services involve customized work and dedicated resource allocation, making refunds inapplicable.


Web Hosting Refund Policy

Refunds for Web Hosting services may be requested within 7 days of activation only.
After this period, hosting services become non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–90 business days from the date of approval.

Please note:

  • Domain registration, SSL certificates, hosting add-ons, and digital products are non-refundable.


Domain Registration

Payments for Domain Registration are non-refundable, as domain purchases are final and irreversible once registered.


Branding Strategy & Software Solutions

Payments for Branding Strategy and Software Solutions are non-refundable once the project has started, due to the extensive research, planning, and execution involved.


Digital Marketing & SEO Services

Refunds are not available for Digital Marketing and SEO Services, since these involve strategic implementation and may incur third-party costs.


Digital Products – Refund & Replacement Warranty

All payments for Digital Products (including Themes, Plugins, Software, and Apps) are non-refundable once purchased, as they are delivered instantly.
However, certain digital items are covered under a limited replacement warranty, counted from the time of purchase, as detailed below:

  • Themes & Plugins: Replacement warranty valid for 7 days from the purchase time.

  • Plugins & Tools: Replacement warranty valid for 48 hours from the purchase time.

  • Software & Apps: Service warranty valid for up to 7 days from the purchase time (applicable only to selected products).

To claim a replacement, customers must provide valid purchase details and proof of the issue within the applicable warranty period.

To request a refund (for eligible Web Hosting) or a replacement (for eligible Digital Products), customers must email:

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 10–90 business days from the date of approval.
