DMCA Policy:

Digital Overall strictly complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

We do not host, distribute, or share any copyrighted commercial software files or pirated content.

If you believe that any content on this website infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice for review.

DMCA Takedown Procedure:

A valid DMCA notice must include:

1. A good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized

4. Valid contact information
5. A statement made under penalty of perjury
6. A physical or electronic signature of the authorized person

Customer Safety Assurance:

• No cracked or nulled products
• No modified or malicious files
• Only GPL-compliant WordPress items
• Files are distributed strictly under legal GPL permissions

Digital Purchase & Replacement Policy:

All digital products are non-refundable due to the nature of instant digital delivery.

If any distributed GPL file is found to be corrupted or incomplete, a replacement file will be provided at no additional cost.

Our Role:

All products are originally developed by third-party authors.
Digital Overall is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to WordPress or any plugin/theme developer.
