Digital Overall provides services including Web Development, App Development, Web Hosting, Domain Registration, Branding Strategy, Software Solutions, Digital Marketing, SEO Services, and Digital Products. This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. General Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for any of our services except for Web Hosting under specific conditions. Once a service has started, it is considered non-refundable.
2. Subscription Services
Subscription-based services are non-refundable. Users must request cancellation before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
3. Web Development & App Development
Payments for Web Development and App Development services are non-refundable once the project has started. These services involve custom work and resource allocation, making refunds inapplicable.
4. Web Hosting Refund Policy
Refunds for Web Hosting services can be requested within 7 days of activation.
After this period, hosting services become non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30–60 days from the approval date.
Domain registration, SSL certificates, hosting add-ons, and digital products are non-refundable.
5. Domain Registration
Payments for Domain Registration are non-refundable, as domain purchases are final and cannot be reversed after registration.
6. Branding Strategy & Software Solutions
Payments for Branding Strategy and Software Solutions are non-refundable once the project has begun, as these services require research, planning, and execution.
7. Digital Marketing & SEO Services
Refunds are not available for Digital Marketing and SEO services since they involve strategic execution and third-party costs.
8. Digital Products
All payments for Digital Products are non-refundable once purchased, as they are delivered instantly and cannot be reversed.
9. Refund Request Process
To request a refund for eligible hosting services, customers must submit a request to support@digitaloverall.com with purchase details and the reason for the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 30–60 days.
This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
